Jake is 1! { Smyrna, Ga Child Photographer }

November 2nd, Jake turned 1!  Novemeber 2, 2010 I got the call that Jake had been born several weeks early and weighed only 5lbs.  He was a tiny little miracle that I have enjoyed over the last year!  I can’t believe that his first year is already passed!  Isn’t he just the sweetest little thing?!
