**Session Fees are non-refundable, only rescheduled**

• Maternity portraits are best taken between 34-36 weeks of pregnancy.  If you are past 36 weeks, that is fine!  Let’s go for it and get you on the calendar ASAP!
• If you are booking a Newborn Session or Baby Plan and are still expecting, please book your appointment 7 days out from your due date. Your initial newborn booking is just a starting point to get you on the calendar and receive the session payment.  I will be in constant contact with you once I receive the booking so that we can reschedule your appointment for when your baby arrives.  If your baby is already here, 7-14 days old is the perfect time for this session.  JTP takes newborns up to 6 weeks in age if you are past the 2-week mark.  Newborn sessions are scheduled at 10 am, M-F.
• If you need a session time outside of my booking window M-F, please email me at info@jtpportraits.com and I will try to accommodate you.  Weekends are for my family time and I have very limited availability.
