My Little Birthday Babies are turning 2 & 5!

It just seems like yesterday that I was blogging my birth video and all of the newborn portraits that I took of my new baby boy Brooks.  A newborn photographer’s dream is to have their very own newborn to play with in their studio every single day.  But…that was 2 years ago and I am still in awe at how time has flown by.

My little princess, Olivia, will be turning 5 tomorrow and in actuality, she thinks she is turning 20 ;(  I have been so blessed with a mature, yet still very little, young lady.  She is my rock at times, needless to say!  She helps me with everything… from keeping her little brother entertained to sitting by my side as we do “mommy chores” as she calls it.

I enjoy every moment that I get with my babies.  I feel really lucky to be able to capture images of my own children like I do for my clients.  I don’t take them out on photo shoots as often as I used to because, well, life just gets in the way sometimes.  It is my plea to you, whomever you are reading this post, that you take some time out of your busy schedule to have your family portraits made.  I wouldn’t trade anything in the world for my moments that I have frozen in time….they are memories that I can hold in my hands and reflect back on for years to come.

My kids are beautiful little creatures that God made for Me.  I thank Him everyday for bringing them into my life.
