Trying out a 50mm 1.4 lens

So this weekend I tried out a new lens.  I want a Prime that is faster, sharper, lets in more light, and gives off a beautiful Bokeh (the blurred background with little circles!).  I think this is the lens for me.  Although this lens has a manual focus, the one that i will buy will be automatic.  Try manually focusing on a 1.5 year old that won’t stop moving for a second!  At least i tried! I think i did pretty good. This is her new (well hand-me-down) jungle gym.  She loves it.  She kept going in and out the door (you can’t see the door in these pics)!  Then we broke out the bubble machine.  And she played in her pool.  Today was a busy day!  But we all had a blast!
